I want to build my house. Require a floor plan consisting of 1) 5 nos bed room, 2) Attached washroom in any 2 bed room, 3) 1 room for Pooja, 4) Living room 5) Dining room 6) kitchen 7) 1 common washroom
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create 2D floor plans for our residential aged care sites. To begin with we are seeking the completion of 2 floor plans. We have 11 additional sites that we will seek to obtain floor plans for once we have identified a suitable designer (ie 13 sites in total). We can provide scaled engineering diagrams and aerial photos of our sites to assist with design. The level of detail required is a basic layout. We want to provide a simple easy-to-read site map to our residents and family members to assist with orientation to the site (similar to the maps used in hospitals, caravan parks etc) Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in 2D floor plan design including adherence to style guide requirements, development of easy-to-interpret legends, etc....
