I want to propose to the government to use a piece of land previously offered to Disneyland (now cancelled) to be use to build a racetrack with hotel facility above. The land is at a bay with beautiful seaview scenery. Behind the land there are mountains, in which I believe tunnels could be made for the racetrack. I am unsure if the soil/land at Penny’s could house such a big complex. I am not an engineer or architect, the freelancer may have to do some research on behalf of me. This will be for EV racing by 2030, but also for current supercars, and also to host Formular 1. I hope to work with you on this project.
