My current program introduces a new passenger-car platform that must exceed today’s benchmarks in fuel economy, acceleration, and ride/handling without compromising cost or timing. To make that happen, I need an experienced integration lead to pull every subsystem together and unlock holistic vehicle performance. Scope of work You will own the master performance target sheet, translate it into subsystem requirements, and drive alignment across powertrain, chassis, body, electrical, NVH, and software teams.
