I need someone who knows Outlook inside-out to diagnose what’s happening—whether it’s a corrupt profile, an oversized PST/OST, a faulty add-in, or something deeper at the system level—and get the program back to stable, everyday use. Remote troubleshooting is fine as long as we can screen-share and run any repair utilities you recommend.
