I am looking for participants with experience in creating visual content (e.g. graphic design, social media content, marketing materials, etc.) to take part in a short research interview. I’m looking for help improving specific parts of an existing desktop application used by remote teams. The app includes several system states such as active, idle, paused, and syncing. Right now, these states are not clearly communicated, and users are not always sure what the system is doing. The main focus is on improving state transitions and making system behavior easier to understand during normal use.
