I'd pick the single strongest benefit to anchor the whole script around, build the hook and the visuals to serve that one idea, and let any other features ride along as support rather than fighting for equal screen time, so the CTA lands on something the viewer actually remembers instead of a blur of features. The scope here is unusually clear, two revision rounds, exact deliverable formats, a clean split between promotion and education, that level of clarity upfront usually means production actually moves faster since there's no guessing involved.
