Heartwarming Hindi Moral Animation

I need a complete 2D animated short built around the value of honesty, told in a warm, uplifting tone. The finished piece should run at least 10–12 minutes and feel engaging for a family audience. You will handle the entire production pipeline—concept, Hindi scriptwriting, storyboarding, character design, animation, background score, sound design, and the final Hindi voice-over—so that the video arrives fully polished and ready to publish. A single, consistent voice throughout the narration is important, so the person writing the story must also record the voice-over. Lean on whichever tools you prefer (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, etc.) as long as the visuals remain colourful, expressive 2D animation and the final master exports in 1080p MP4.
