3D animation video

the video is about an Ultraviolet disinfection cabinet , and it goes like follow : viruses and germs of different sizes and shapes ( animated in 3D like persons with legs and hands ) ... celebrating and partying .. and their king "Corona" is sitting on his thrown wearing a crown ... and everybody is looking at him admiring his achievements and glory ... and then a red code alert is heard and red alarms is blowing everywhere ... while a huge storm of destruction is approaching to them ... everyone panics and they all come to the kings asking him what to do ... but he also panics and runs away like a coward ... but while he is running .. the storm also comes from all sides and it clears to be like a huge blue beam coming from the sky , and wiping-out everything in its way ... then the scene is zoomed out slowly to appear that it was the surface of a wallet that is being placed in our UVC cabinet .... then a sentence shows ( UV-C cabinet kills 99,9999% of germs and viruses in minutes ) Please send me samples of your previous work that is similar to this ( 3D characters with face impressions ) quote me your fees for it with details please , also delivery time budget mentioned in the project is for posting purposes ... you mention the fees you need for this work with more details about the expected deliverables
