Bas Relief Medal STL from Image

Job Description:
We have an internal training and a dedicated logo for it. I would love to 3D print the image with a good bas relief 3d version of it as medal (so a place to put the ribbon as well on top) of a diameter of of around 70mm. I have the 3d printer but no time to spend on blender/cura to get something good quick.
