3D Recreation Of Photo

Job Description:
Hi Freelancers,
I'm looking for someone experienced in human anatomy, if not realistic injuries to do a basic 3D recreation of this grainy photo for me.
Within this photo, is a scarred injury, on the wrist of a particular subject, and this will be the primary focus of the project.
This injury is roughly 6 weeks healed, just after the scab removal phase, when there's still red-ish scar tissue left underneath.
What I'm looking for, is a basic recreation of:
1. The scar/injury in it's CURRENT state, not forgetting the mild redness surrounding it, indicating slight, or recovering infection.
* See my silhouette version for the basic injury shape, but I'd prefer it to be as accurate as possible for this recreation, as best as you can interpret from this grainy/low-res image.
2. A 3D recreation of the injury at the point it was originally sustained. IE: An open, bloody wound.
* Let's just assume for the purpose of this project that it was created by a human fingernail, puncturing the skin at force at the largest upper point, then dragging down with a little less depth to create the thinner, lower line.
I don't really have a high budget for this, as it's only a non-profit side project, but I'm looking to get started straight away.
