Job Description:
we have a spare land area of 30,870 sq ft (210 ft X 147 ft) and we want to use it for the purpose of making a Multipurpose building of Ground + 1st floor, where it shall comprise the following
1) auditorium of 500 seater seating capacity with elevation going all the way upto 1st floor so that front area is massive for projections etc
2) furthermore around the 500 seater hall within the building itself we need spaces for offices, classrooms etc
3) attached is a sample in terms of what we are looking for
4) we need a basic concept design not a detailed model
5) Exterior will be all glass based
6) Toilets will be below the auditorium seating area to utilise the space there
