Task Requirements:
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a low poly Blender model of a building with 6 floors, including a basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and an attic (4th floor). The freelancer will be provided with the floor plans and 2 building sections for reference (and reference images for windows / general exterior style).
Besides the exterior and interior of the building, add the sidewalk, driveway, playground, terraces and balconies to the Blender model. The textures must be preview textures only, but the UV mapping must be complete and have the following differences/elements per room: Window, Window frame, Floor, Floor Skirting, Walls, Door frame, Door, Door handle, Ceiling, Ceiling moldings, Wall moldings (decorative strips). Don't add furniture - the rooms should be empty. We need the editable Blender model, an FBX export and preview renderings (without fancy lighting, in low resolution).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Blender and 3D modeling.
- Experience in creating 3D models.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately replicate the provided floor plans and building sections.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
