Make a 3d model for 3d print from a photo and a blueprint

I`m looking for someone to create a 3d model of a bottle based on two pictures (from both angels) and a blueprint illustrating the dimensions and the inside form of the bottle. The bottle form will be something similar to the image i have provided (this is just a demo of similar bottle, i will provide the real images to whoever i award the project). To be sure you have read the description please post 'cool bottle' in your comment when you bid. The idea is to use the 3d model to print it on a 3d printer. The budged is around 30$
