We're currently facing a challenge with our 3D models in terms of their file sizes, animations, and texture alignments. These issues are hampering the seamless integration of these models into our interactive website.

Please review it and let us know how much you can optimize it without compromising the quality. This will give us an understanding of the level of optimization we can expect for the other models.
Main Model Overview: The primary model represents a complete environment with integrated animations. Given its complexity and size, it's currently not feasible to use it on our website. We need your expertise to reduce the file size without sacrificing the animation quality or overall visual appeal.
