Job Description:
We are looking for a concept 3D rendering of a small cottage community at the beach. Approx 12 acres with 20-25 small cottages, communal areas, pickleball and basketball court, parking etc. This will not be detailed for permits but will allow us to present the concept of the community as a whole. We have a four-week deadline. A survey will be provided as a PDF. Detailed ideas, inspiration photos, and aerial photos of the land will be provided.
