Storage Bag Prototype for Car Enthusiasts

I'm looking for a skilled product designer or prototyper to create a premium, medium-duffle-sized automotive trunk organizer designed specifically for car enthusiasts. It combines the portability and appearance of a luxury duffle with the organization, stability, and functionality of a dedicated automotive gear bag. Size & Shape Approximately 22” L × 11” W × 11” H Roughly 35–40L capacity Medium duffle-bag proportions Structured body that holds its shape when empty Slightly rounded/softened corners Designed to fit comfortably in a sedan or coupe trunk without taking up excessive space Materials & Appearance The exterior should use premium black Alcantara as the primary visible material, giving the bag the same high-end feel found in performance-car interiors. Supporting materials: Genuine black Alcantara exterior Heavy-duty black nylon reinforcement in high-wear areas Water-resistant, abrasion-resistant material on the bottom EVA foam/internal board to maintain the bag’s structure Heavy-duty YKK zippers Reinforced black nylon webbing Black/gunmetal metal hardware Gold embroidered or premium rubber BOOM “B” logo Black interior lining The overall appearance should be minimal, premium and automotive-focused, not tactical or like a generic tool bag. Main Compartment A large main storage compartment accessed through a wide dual-YKK-zipper top opening. The interior should be configurable instead of permanently divided into many small compartments. Interchangeable Pod System The biggest feature of the Boom Bag is its removable modular pod system. Smaller organizer pods attach securely inside the main bag using heavy-duty Velcro/hook-and-loop and/or a low-profile attachment system. Different pods can eventually be offered, including: Detailing Pod — bottles, microfiber towels, brushes and detailing products Track Pod — tire gauge, gloves, tools, tow strap and track essentials Daily/Emergency Pod — first aid, flashlight, chargers and emergency equipment Custom Pod — open storage that customers configure themselves Pods should be removable/repositionable in seconds but remain secure during spirited driving. Fold-Out Kneeling Mat The front panel of the bag unzips and folds down into a padded kneeling/work mat. It should be approximately the width of the bag and long enough to comfortably kneel on while detailing wheels, checking tires or working on the car. The mat should have: Alcantara or premium material on the visible side Approximately 5–10 mm EVA padding Durable/water-resistant material on the side that contacts the ground Zippered attachment so it folds neatly back into the bag Exterior Storage & Attachment Include streamlined side zipper pockets for small items such as keys, gloves, tire gauges and cables. The exterior should also have subtle MOLLE-style/nylon attachment loops for future Boom accessories. These should be understated so the bag retains its premium automotive appearance. Carrying System Two reinforced padded top handles Heavy-duty webbing extending down the bag for strength Removable adjustable padded shoulder strap Black/gunmetal clips and hardware Trunk Stability The bottom should be designed specifically to prevent the bag from sliding around while driving.
