I need a professional to provide preventative maintenance and remedial repair services for my HP 3D printers. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with HP 3D printers - Knowledge of 3D printer mechanics and electronics - Ability to perform both preventative maintenance and repairs - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail The purpose of this service contract is to have qualified repair technicians provide a preventative maintenance (PM) and remedial repair service plan for the equipment listed in paragraph 2 located at Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (RIA-JMTC), located in Rock Island, IL 61299. All work performed under this contract shall be accomplished by a qualified technician, repairman or field service engineer. The service plan shall be equal to or greater in coverage to the HP 1 year Post Warranty 3rd business day on-site hardware support w/ DMR Off-line Care Service Plan offered by Master Graphics.
