Reliable & Creative Designer wanted for long-term

Hello, More than skills, I look for trust and reliability. I want to rely on you to be able to get the job done, with the right quality and by the right deadline. Next to that, I need your skills and time. I prefer to have the people I work with online, on Skype during my timezone (preferably) Eastern Standard Time. If not, you should be very time critical and be able to complete jobs even if you can't be online at EST. Lastly, the importance of your skill. I like modern, flat, good font and creative designs and not the 1990 styles that look like MS Paint. If you're good with your creativity and skills in photoshop, and can make drawings and colors in them and also vectors, that's great too! - You'll be making banners in various dimensions that are eye-catching and pleasing to the eye. - You'll be optimizing these images for web. - You'll be needing to create GIFs (animated) at times but not highly necessary - Your design style is modern/creative NOTE: The budget shown with this job is what I intend to spend with you over a long-term work relationship. I have been doing this for a very long time. I am good and fun to work with as long as my requirements are met.
