I'm looking for you to build a website that allows for member companies to log in and make a request to purchase goods from a member vendor who would then have the opportunity to bid for that member company's request for goods.
The member company would log in, then have a drop down menu to choose several options from for the specific goods needed, then that request would be sent to member vendors. The member vendors would then price out their best price and the top 3 quotes would be forwarded to the member company to choose from.
Does this make sense, I hope? Similar to [login to view URL], but for a specific good, and with the simplicity of a site like rocket.quickenloans.com.

uyers log in, go through a series of questions about the specific need (product) they want... When this series of questions is completed (for example whether they want a Nike, Adidas, Under Armour product etc), the request is then sent to the buyers... The buyers would then have 24 hours to respond with their best pricing structure for the request... The buyer then chooses the seller they wish to use for the servicing of the need...
Once selected, the buyer then would make payment to the seller, and we would receive a percentage off each transaction... Additionally, ads would become a revenue generator as well.
