WF v 4.0 - Custom Development Tasks: These are tasks to develop a custom directory-based website. It is assumed that prospective developers have surveyed the new site in its' current form and have properly assessed this outlined criteria needed to complete each task. Developers should be proficient in: PHP and MySQL, Android and iOS development, responsive mobile apps, and familiar with ElasticSearch technology. Developers should be willing to communicate daily, and take calls whenever necessary to expedite completion of tasks. Developers must be available full-time until ALL tasks are complete, and be willing to strictly adhere to time estimates, with 15% penalty for work delivered one week late, and a 25% penalty for work delivered over 3 weeks late. Additionally, these tasks must each be troubleshot and checked for any bugs before individual task-milestones are released. Below is the agreed upon estimated hour range, and final quote for the project: 1. Overall design layout, wallpaper and U/I changes ◦ To be discussed Tentative Estimation: 100-120 hours 2. Changes to detail page template. See how it looks/functions now ◦ map ◦ reviews ◦ menu ◦ photos 25-35 hours 3. New customized “Menu” item on listing detail page ◦ Please see how our listings' menus operate now 20-25 hours 4. Ad spaces and Sponsored links (Universal) ◦ To be discussed. Simple relocation of current ad spaces. May require re-sizing. 8-10 hours 5. Changes to Home page ◦ changes to header area, search form and buttons ◦ borderless map in slider area ◦ showcase listings in the map like Google? (as opposed to below, like on current site) 30-40 hours 6. Ajax search function for Home, Listings and Deals pages ◦ geo-targeting 25-35 hours 7. Perform a proximity search (GeoIP) ◦ 10 miles to 25 miles, 50, 100, 1000, 10000 18-25 hours 8. Seach modification in “What” field utilizing ElasticSearch ◦ searches should reference keyword terms, menu item names ◦ city, state, country, zip (what or where field?) 40-60 hours 9. Unique map pins per category ◦ please see how “Select a Category” dropdown works now, then provide input on new approach to simplify functionality of selecting/deselecting listing categories, or implement old approach in new way. 25-35 hours 10. Nickname on new User/Sponsor sign-up form (required) 5-8 hours 11. Clothing page (duplicate, then modify Classifieds page) 35-45 hours 12. WF News ◦ Migrate all links, stories, images, keywords, tags, URL's etc over to site-hosted News (Articles) page so content is native and not rerouted to wordpress plugin. 30-40 hours 13. WFTV ◦ This will just be a link on main menu redirecting the users to our YouTube channel Not applicable. 14. Algorithm modification to filter listings upon initialization 25-35 hours 15. Searchable Strain Encyclopedia (New!) ◦ copy and modify Articles page? ◦ with default pics linking to menu item images? ◦ Here is an example of what we are talking about. We will supply the data to populate the database, we simply need a simplified template created. It can be a modified Classifieds page.
