Attorney Required to Defend in a Lawsuit

We are looking for an attorney to help us defend in a Lawsuit. A brand has filed lawsuit against us for selling their products online unlawfully. We are fulfillment service provider. We only help our clients in fulfillment, storage, ship, pack & returns handling and do not sell any branded goods directly. Before we receive stock we randomly audit our client's original invoices to ensure that we are receiving genuine stock only from authorized re-sellers and we verify their original receipts as well. We help them ship their products and help them with anything within US as they are based outside of US. We need someone to help us defend this trademark lawsuit where they allege us that we are the one's selling their goods online. But the fact is that we are not the ones directly selling their goods online but our clients are the ones selling it and we facilitating our clients in all day to day shipping and stock procurement process. We have been in communication with the opposing party already and they currently withdrew and now filing an amendment shortly. We explained to them but they are still adamant that we are contributing to their trademark infringement by fulfilling our client's orders related to their brand. Looking forward to hear from you.
