Quick background, I run my own IT managed services company, the website:

So if you have a background in IT or at least understand the industry well then that's beneficial. The 'about us' section of the website provides some useful starting content.
I need some printed marketing material created. Basically;
-A presentation folder.
-a double sided A4 sheet marketing my company that will be inside the presentation folder.
-a separate double sided A4 flyer suitable for mass distribution (mailbox drop for example).
I only need general design and content created, I will get the actual graphic design completed separately using rough layouts/sketches created in this project.
The 'services' page on my website gives you an idea of the services I provide. Ideally what I'm looking for is for you to think about the needs and desires of my potential clients and how my services solve their problems or fulfil their needs.
For example, 'cloud backup' solves the need to have peace of mind around data security and business continuity etc.
Some other selling points I want covered in some form;
-Backup protection and disaster recovery
-Friendly, quality service
-No contract commitments
-Latest tech
-We use industry best, Microsoft Office 365
Im also open to ideas and suggestions :)
PS; this is marketing, so sell yourself in your bid!
Ive noted some bids significantly above my original budget. I'm completely open to bids above my budget (even 2x or 3x) as long as you can justify it in your bid details.
I do read all of the bids, ones that are targeted towards my needs are given more weight relative to generic ones.
