SalesForce.com API Integration from our Customer Care System WHMCS

This project is to write one or more php based cron job scripts which will sync and import data from our billing system and sales-helpdesk-tickets ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) to our CRM solution: Salesforce.com. I am looking for someone with specific experience with [login to view URL] API coding work, please explain prior experience in your bid below. If you are familiar with [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] that is a big plus, but not required, as its data is all stored in simple MySQL format, and will just require some mysql querries to move data into salesforce. ## Deliverables This project is to write one or more php based cron job scripts which will sync and import data from our billing system and sales-helpdesk-tickets ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) to our CRM solution: Salesforce.com. Your code must be in PHP, and should run via cron job (command line) for a linux (Centos 5.5 Linux 32bit) based system. The PHP code will import data from MySQL databases, and have to use API calls to [login to view URL] to import data, and update data such as business leads, proposal status. The import script will run hourly, scraping our MySQL database(s) for A) new leads (sales tickets in [login to view URL] mysql) B) new quotes/proposals that were sent (quotes in [login to view URL] stored in mysql) C) import cancellation details to [login to view URL] from [login to view URL] mysql database D) update quotes/proposals (sync results stored in [login to view URL] such as a completed sale, to salesforce after a sale is made). The SalesForce API's will require you to create leads, with detailed information that are imported from the MySQL data noted above. The SalesForce API's will be used to put a copy of the quote into SalesForce, and update the status as well. Finally, the salesforceAPI will be used to create task alerts (timed event notifications) inside salesforce for each imported lead, or quote. Access: You will have access to the development area to test on the live server You will need to make sure it runs on Centos Linux, and it should be able to run every hour and track where it left off the previous hour so it does not duplicate imports of leads or proposals. You will need to make the api calls intelligent enough to handle cases where the lead is for an existing account already in [login to view URL] or a brand new lead.
