Redesign HTML site using Joomla

Job Description:
Site redesign using Joomla – 15 informational pages. USA lawyer website. Needs a professional, updated new look with outstanding graphic design. Site will keep same content but you will provide new graphics and organize in a new way to take advantage of Joomla layout features.
Provide JPGs of your home page design for approval first. I will present design to the client and anticipate some changes will be requested.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Daily updates and constant communication
Expert in Joomla (please share samples of your Joomla work)
Expert HTML, CSS and PHP
Fabulous Graphic design skills
Proven ability to deliver projects on time
Basic Project Requirements
1) There should be no problems in compatibility, loading or glitches; loads quickly
2) Tested in IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc. on PC and Mac
3) Full bottom navigation that repeats normal navigation
4) Bottom navigation: link “Admin Login” (for back-end loggin in)
5) Bottom navigation: link “Login” (for front-end logging in)
6) SH404SEF installed for SEO friendly filenames; for a redesign configure old page names to point to new pages
7) For redesign, redo meta-tags such as keywords and descriptions from old site to new site pages.
8) Online form on Contact page
9) Akeeba installed
10) Google Analytics installed (I will provide UA code)
11) Installation of site on my server: I will provide you with FTP/database info, you will install the final site on my server once we are done. Do NOT use Akeeba to install.
Important Information
* You must be 100% proficient in all skills required to complete this project.
* Unlimited revisions until project is to be 100% completed as indicated by customer.
* Any bids outside of my budget will be ignored
* All final files and website will be the property of the customer/me.
* The winning bidder will upload all files to my web hosting to ensure website functions 100% before final payment is made.
Payment Terms
3 Milestone payments for this project will be as follows: 20% Start of project, 30% when home page design approved, 50% when 100% completed (Final Milestone payable when website is tested on browsers & screen resolutions)
