Wordpress Theme Layout with Small Design - repost

This is an immediate job and needs to be worked on right away and finished in a day!!! Create a custom template similar to these sites below: 1 - [login to view URL] 2 - [login to view URL] 3 - [login to view URL] Envisioned to have a very clean look. Here is how I would like it to layout. 1.) logo at top left (big) using wordpress ubermenu underneath (like site 1) with site search to right and also available menu above search bar similar to site #3 (menu similar to 3rd website example as far as submenu) 2.) Revolution Slider below with graphics 3.) Below revolution will be "call to action" boxes made. Max 5 all together. But can be changed to accomodate any amount. Call to action boxes must move in some way or light up or border illuminates.. Behind these boxes will be a graphic that I will provide. 4.) Below that will be a content area with the ability to have sidebars on either side. 5.) Widgeted footer below content boxes 6.) Regular footer with copyright. 7.) Inner page types should include blog style page, full width, optional sidebars and ability to have different sidebars on each page. 8.) Will give content and basic ideas for inside pages to fill out.
