Implement template on CMS

Job Description:
Project objective is to implement of striker template into a PHP CMS (Joomla, Drupal, CMS made simple), optimization template to fit CMS requirements, to speed up loading (optimization of images) and forum integration. (Please read attached document).
Forum must be integrated into site.
The result must be compatible with: IE 7.0, IE 6.0 and Mozilla 2.0.
Required Skills:
- Advanced PHP level
- Advanced MySQL level
- Base Flash (editing menu paths).
You may develop the project on your server but in the end project installation must be provided.
Payment Method: Only through BFC escrow system.
Execution time max: 7 days.
