I am building a asp.net core service fabric solution in VS2015. I need to put together a fairly detail specification but I need to speak with an expert in this area as I have lots of questions. Specifically addressing: Authentication (OAuth2) Microservices (Actors) General best practice and architecture. I need 2 hours to discuss options with an aim of awarding the project to that individual that can assist me in coming up with a workable solution. The project will be about 12 months and will require 2-3 developers.
