I have two Lenovo Yoga 900 computers that are both under six months old. One operates well and has no issues. The other is having CPU Usage and Fan issues. Here is what I have done:
- Run full virus scans, no virus
- Run antimalware scans, no malware
- Spoken to Lenovo and they couldn't figure it out
This computer is only utilized for internet browsing, Microsoft Office, other minor functions. It is not used for graphic design, gaming, or any other high processing functions.
Norton was the antivirus for a while but it was running too high of CPU so I swapped it out for Microsoft Defender.
I feel I've tried everything and have trouble recreating the issue. If you can provide any other solutions via Skype, screen share, etc. then please contact. Priority goes to affordability, effectiveness, and timeliness.
