We seek a professional biller/administrator to manage an array of tasks for our business. As our business undergoes rapid growth, we need help in keeping our financial and administrative aspects efficient. Full-time Flat Salary Key Responsibilities: - Generate and manage invoicing and billing - Track and report expenses routinely - Offer exemplary customer support - Social media expirience We don't currently utilize any specific invoicing software hence knowledge in a variety of them, especially QuickBooks, Xero or FreshBooks would greatly benefit your application. You will handle a volume of 50-100 invoices and transactions on a monthly basis. Ideal applicant should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. Prior experience in similar roles and familiarity with various billing software are highly advantageous.
