Experienced Agricultural book keeper/ Company account book keeper

I am looking for an experienced agricultural bookkeeper or company account bookkeeper to join my team. Ideally, the candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Expertise in bookkeeping software, specifically [insert software name]
- Ability to handle ongoing bookkeeping services for a small business with 1-10 employees
- Familiarity with agricultural accounting practices is a plus
- Familiar with Agriculture - particlly cost coding chemicals to the right usage, Fuel usage to the right crop or farm usage
- a couple of small company book keeping required for a couple of other companies no more than 200 transactions
As a small business owner, I am looking for someone who can handle all financial aspects of my business with precision and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Whats apping staff on weekly basis to cost code their wages and prepare their weekly payroll
