We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills and one who is self-driven to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker with a positive and friendly nature, who will thrive in a busy setting.
Objectives of this Role
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Main duties will include, but not be limited to, general accounting duties, bank reconciliation, payroll and preparation of financial statements.
General accounting duties
Preparation of financial statements/reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing accounting for information
Assisting in financial activities such as running payroll on Xero and generating invoices
Process sales invoices, including monthly billing
Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions
Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements
