please mention in the bid the monthly salary that you would like to get Required a Junior Billing Specialist. As a Junior Billing Specialist you will assist in all the Billing and collection related issues as a part of our growing Finance Team. Core Responsibilities: Assist in daily and weekly billing related ongoing tasks. Prepare, send invoices and follow up with the customers. Monitor and issue annual renewal subscriptions. Process and track third party collections. Assist in billing adjustments to customers (special calculation and etc.). Maintain manual records and make sure the data is accurate. Onboard new customers by updating all the details in the relevant files. Process account terminations. Provide support with customer and billing related queries. Review and validate the data found in the various files corresponding to the agreements and amendments. Assist the finance team with any other functions where required. Requirements: BA in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or equivalent that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation. Responsible and organized. Detail oriented and well organized. Excellent English communications skills, written and oral. Ability to work independently. Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, etc. Experience in working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) an advantage. Experience with payment systems or and/or working at a Fintech company an advantage. Quantitative and analytical orientation. Preferred: Experience in working with Zendesk, Salesforce, JIRA etc. Experience with Payments / Fintech.
