Where one side it is urgent to you but around 10 days back you posted the same post which is closed now and again you are looking for an expert with same requirement. How? Make note of the following: 1. LAST DATE is 15th APRIL, 2020 FOR FY 01/01/2019 - 31/12/2019 2. A penalty of $10,000 will be assessed for failure to file Form 5472 when due and in the manner prescribed. 3. The Form 1120 with Form 5472 attached is to be mailed or faxed to the IRS. 4.
