SwishX is building AI-powered solutions that are transforming how pharmaceutical and healthcare companies create medical and marketing content. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product and AI teams to write, review, refine, and fact-check AI-generated content for the US pharma market. Your edits won’t just improve one piece of content. They’ll become learning signals that help our AI get smarter, more accurate, and more reliable over time. Role Overview SwishX is hiring a Medical/Regulatory Content Reviewer-Editor to fact-check, correct, and refine the content our Marketing IQ agents generate for the US pharma market. This is not a compliance sign-off role and does not offer services to external customers. It is an internal, product-facing function: every correction you make becomes structured training signal that improves the accuracy of our AI content-generation system over time. Think of yourself as the human-in-the-loop who teaches our agents what “good” looks like. Key Responsibilities Review AI-generated promotional and medical content (HCP-facing materials, rep-facing content, marketing collateral) for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for a US pharma audience. Fact-check claims against the current FDA-approved label/prescribing information for the relevant product - the label is a mandatory reference document for every review, not a memory-based judgment call. Identify and correct fair-balance issues, unsubstantiated claims, and potential off-label statements per FDA promotional standards (21 CFR 202.1 and related OPDP norms). Edit content for tone, structure, and HCP-appropriate messaging while preserving scientific accuracy. Annotate every substantive correction with the reasoning behind it, so the edit can be used as structured training data for the underlying AI system, not just a clean final draft. Track recurring error patterns in AI-generated output and flag them to the product team to inform model and prompt improvements. Escalate any content requiring physician-level clinical judgment or US label ambiguity to the Medical Affairs / US Label Reviewer. Required Qualifications PharmD or [login to view URL] (or equivalent life-sciences advanced degree). 3-6 years of relevant experience in medical writing, promotional/marketing content review, or medical communications - exposure to agency, GCC ad-promo, or medcomms environments strongly preferred over purely clinical/academic writing backgrounds. Working knowledge of US FDA promotional regulations: fair balance, substantiation, off-label promotion, and OPDP review norms. Strong written English and editing skills, with the ability to simplify and sharpen scientific content for HCP audiences. Comfort working against source documents (FDA labels, clinical evidence) rather than relying on memorized or India-market clinical knowledge. Preferred / Good to Have Prior experience specifically with US-market promotional content (not India/domestic pharma marketing). Familiarity with tools such as Veeva PromoMats or similar MLR/content management platforms. Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment and giving structured, written feedback that a technical/product team can act on. What Success Looks Like The volume and severity of factual, regulatory, and off-label errors in Marketing IQ’s raw output visibly decreases over time as a direct result of your corrections and annotations. Your review turnaround supports the product’s content velocity without becoming a bottleneck. The product and engineering teams treat your error-pattern flags as a reliable input to roadmap and model improvement decisions. Hi there, With utmost gratitude for the consideration, my name is Hany. I am a licensed physician proficient in medical writing, specializing in bridging advanced data analysis and medical content. In this capacity, I have refined my skills in sifting through complex information, enhancing clarity, and presenting scientific concepts tailored to particular audiences - a skill crucial for adjusting AI-generated content according to your requirements. As someone comfortable using source documents like FDA labels and clinical evidence rather than relying on memorized knowledge, I can ensure maximum adherence to regulatory protocol during the editing process. Speaking of regulatory considerations; familiarity with US FDA promotional regulations is one of my key offerings. Understanding those laws isn't just about compliance; it's about creating content that is scientifically accurate, well-balanced, and targeted towards HCPs precisely - something your project demands explicitly. This knowledge, coupled with my exposure to medcomms environments, will enable me not only to deliver error-free drafts but also to provide annotated, well-reasoned suggestions that will add value to your underlying AI system. Furthermore, my proficiency in Python and R programming language allows me an extra edge when it comes to machine learning and predictive modeling – a vital asset for someone working closely with your AI team. Wishing you all the best ? ? ?

Hi, I’m Dr. Abhay Verma, a BAMS graduate currently pursuing my MD in Medicine (Ayurveda Internal Medicine), with a strong academic and practical understanding of medicine, pharmacology, clinical documentation, and pharmaceutical content. This project particularly interests me because it combines medical expertise, scientific fact-checking, content refinement, and AI. I’m comfortable reviewing healthcare and pharmaceutical content against authoritative source documents rather than relying purely on memorized information, and I understand the importance of accurate claims, appropriate clinical terminology, evidence-based communication, and clearly distinguishing supported information from unsupported or potentially misleading claims. My background gives me strong familiarity with pharmaceuticals, drug indications, mechanisms, clinical evidence, adverse effects, contraindications, and medical literature. I can carefully review AI-generated HCP-facing content for scientific accuracy, clarity, consistency, and appropriateness, while documenting the reasoning behind substantive corrections so the feedback can serve as useful training data. I’m also comfortable identifying recurring content issues and communicating structured feedback that product and AI teams can act upon. I’d be glad to contribute as the human-in-the-loop layer helping make your medical AI outputs more accurate and reliable over time. Regards, Abhay Verma
