They are: where document ingestion breaks on real supplier PDFs, how an RFP comparison stays auditable when a model generated part of it, what you cache so inference cost does not scale with every page view, and which steps genuinely need a model versus deterministic rules that are cheaper and testable. To be straight about scope: I am not a model-training specialist. If your plan needs a custom model trained from scratch, I am the wrong person. If it needs sound architecture around existing models - retrieval, structured extraction, workflow design, integration into procurement systems, cost control - that is squarely what I do. Where I would be most useful before Q1 2027: pressure-testing the architecture for failure modes, and separating what must be deterministic from what a model genuinely improves.
