# Moroccan AI Voice & WhatsApp Developer Needed — MVP / Technical Partnership ## Project Overview I am launching a new AI automation project in Morocco focused on intelligent communication solutions using **AI Voice Agents and WhatsApp AI Agents**. I am currently looking for a **Moroccan developer or technical freelancer** who can help me build a small working MVP that I can demonstrate to potential B2B clients. The initial goal is NOT to build a large platform. I need a simple, professional prototype that works reliably and can later be expanded. ## MVP Requirements The first version should include: ### 1. AI Voice Agent * AI voice assistant capable of speaking naturally in **Moroccan Darija and Arabic** * Receive a phone call and have a natural conversation * Answer questions using a predefined knowledge base * Collect basic information from the caller * Handle common questions and requests * Record/transcribe the conversation if technically appropriate ### 2. WhatsApp AI Agent * AI assistant connected to WhatsApp * Respond to incoming messages * Understand Moroccan Darija / Arabic * Answer using approved information * Collect basic information * Escalate or hand over when the AI cannot answer ### 3. Basic Integration You should be comfortable working with technologies such as: * Retell AI / Vapi or similar Voice AI platforms * ElevenLabs or another suitable voice platform * Twilio or another telephony API * WhatsApp Business API * OpenAI or another LLM * APIs and webhooks * Basic database/backend integration You do NOT need to use exactly these technologies if you have a better technical solution. ## Important: Moroccan Darija A major requirement is **natural Moroccan Darija**. The final voice should sound as natural as possible for a Moroccan user, not like translated standard Arabic. Experience with Arabic/Darija voice AI is a strong advantage. ## What Will the AI Agent Talk About? The AI agent will be designed as an **AI communication assistant for Moroccan political parties, candidates, and campaign teams**. Each client will provide the agent with their own **official and approved information**, such as the party's or candidate's presentation, political program, campaign priorities, public events, office/contact information, frequently asked questions, and other non-sensitive information that they want citizens to receive. For example, a citizen could call or message the AI and ask: * What is the party's political program? * What are the main priorities of the candidate? * What does the party propose regarding employment, education, healthcare, housing, infrastructure, or other public issues? * Where and when is a campaign event taking place? * How can I contact the local campaign office? * What are the official campaign activities and announcements? * Can you explain this point from the party's program? The AI should answer **only from the information approved and provided by the client**, communicate naturally in **Moroccan Darija and Arabic**, and avoid inventing information or answering questions outside its authorized knowledge. The system should also have clear guardrails so that the AI does not present itself as a human, does not invent political statements, and can transfer or escalate conversations to a human campaign representative when a question requires human intervention. The long-term vision is to provide each political party, candidate, or campaign team with its own configurable AI agent that can be trained on their official information and used across **voice calls and WhatsApp**, while keeping the technology and core system reusable for different clients. ## What I Am Looking For I am looking for someone who: * Is based in Morocco or understands the Moroccan market * Has experience building AI agents * Has experience with Voice AI, WhatsApp automation, APIs and LLMs * Can build a clean MVP quickly * Can communicate clearly in English, French or Arabic * Is interested in a longer-term collaboration ## Partnership / Payment I want to be completely transparent: **I am currently in the launch stage and do not have a large upfront development budget.** Therefore, I am looking for a developer interested in a **technical partnership / deferred-payment arrangement**.
