For this project, I’m going to divide it into several steps. 1. Mathematical formulation: I’ll search online for any existing and good algorithms first to see if they can solve the problem. If not, I’ll come up with some hill climbing method myself. 2. Programming: I’ll first search online, and then will write a clean algorithm with understandable comments. 3. Testing and Debugging: I’ll come up with some simple examples to test the code.
