Job Description:
Basically, I am Looking for someone to create a PHP page from where to launch EC2 instances. Login with account, info, get authorization key / PEM file, define X number of instances by type, select AMI, Security group, storage, define and get private # IPS per instance (if you can make those private IPs always to be the same that would be great.
Be reachable via Skype, reasonably priced ( below $100) and know what you are doing
