Magento Expert will check the site, test it and fix the followings:
Migrate to recomended Hosting for magento speed
Migrate from bitbucket to Aws EC2
Improve cache with
Nginx and Varnish to optimize cache
enable browser cache, enable gzip compression, minify javascript, minify css use cache.. varnish or full page cache magento extension, use opcache APC or another.. then after checking server then we can also investigate if there will be needed to optimize mysql settings, create RAM disk for cache, etc...
