Need a real AWS Expert -- 2

I need an Aws expert who can:
1) Get in touch with the AWS support for 6 [login to view URL] Spot instances. He should be able to write a valid request to AWS support to convince them to reserve the required [login to view URL] instances to my account.
2) Configurate the create [login to view URL] Spot instances with a ready CloudFormation template. I will provide the link for the mentioned CloudFormation template.
3) When I tried myself, the rezerved sport instances stopped running for no reason. Created instances should run without stopping.
