website to control aws ec2 instance

need a website to control aws ec2 services in single click we need 3type panels(subdomain) 1. ADMIN 2. SUB-ADMIN 3. USER [login to view URL] 1.1. add and delete multi access key (give a login buttton on each access key, by which admin can create instance from specific access key) 1.2. create/delete/start/stop/renew/auto terminate multiple instances (give option of instance type (like [login to view URL], t3.2xlarge etc.), username and location should be fix <mumbai> while creating instance) (auto terminate if any instance is expired and not renewed)-validity 31days 1.3. create sub-admin (who can get admin features except creating sub admin) ==> create default userpanel login details and subadmin details while creating any instance or creating any subadmin (details mean panel username and password with activate, deactivate and change pass. features for self instance users panel and subadmin panel) -- send news to self instance users and subadmin panel according to single users and to all users, as per need) display 1.4. give option to filter all instances. according to type,speific access key, subadmin. 1.5. give option to short according to all tables (like name, validity, type etc.) 1.6. display and give basic information and button for all instances- name,instanceid,validity,type,view details<instance details-start/stop/ip/username/password/apply default setting) (default setting mean after creating instance, change it's time zone to +5:30(kolkata), install google chrome, turn off default security) (instance details-start/stop/ip/username/password mean- admin can start instance and get ip,username and password to install 3rd party app according to user demand) 1.7. display and give basic option/information of subadmin (total running instance/actived/deactived instances/subadmin username and password) 2. SUB-ADMIN 2.1. same features as admin except creating sub-admin 3. USER 3.1. start/stop instance 3.2. get there instance ip, username and password after start 3.3. change self panel password 3.4. display validity or remaining days, instance type, ram,vcpu and networkspeed (ram,vcpu and networkspeed value will be set default while creating database) ==> instance monthly(31days) running limit: 3600min ==> instance validity 31days ==> display news from admin/subadmin we only provide u domain and hosting service, rest is ur's work. so, pls don't ask that "who will code for website/aws?" or "who will do this/that??"
