Job Description:
We are looking to create a simple android app for students which integrates two core functionalities.
1) Metric to Imperial converter
For this function, it is expected to include the following conversions:
- Length conversion (Centimetres, meter, Kilometres) (inch, foot, yard, mile)
- Area conversion (sq. cm, sq. m, hectare, sq. km) (sq. inch, sq. foot, sq. yard, acre, sq. mile)
- Volume conversion (cu cm, cu decimeter, cu meter, liter) (cu inch, cu foot, UK fluid ounce, UK pint, UK quart, UK gallon)
- Mass conversion (milligram, gram, kilogram, tonnes) (grain, ounce, pound, stone, hundredweight (cwt), long ton)
- Temperature conversion (Celsius) (Fahrenheit)
2) JPG to PDF conversion
- Select folder with pictures
- Possibility to select several pictures or one
- Separate button to convert the picture
- Ability to rename the pdf (give it a different filename)
- A bar that shows the conversion progress
- Ability to send the converted file via email / or save it to the phone
