Need help completing this in android studio

Job Description:
There is a project I am working on and need help doing these changes.
There are some errors with the drawables (please delete the res/values/[login to view URL] file) and also the icons (mipmap folders are all in the mipmap-xx or 3x folder; please move those out.
Finally, there are some code errors. The Base Adapter class in Main [login to view URL] seems incomplete and causes a red line. It should extend BaseAdapter, I presume, and then implement the needed methods, which will remove the red line.
As well, the City [login to view URL] looks for a Recycler View but it doesn't have one; that's in MainActivity.
Also anything else you see that may need fixing as well as screenshots of changes.
