Hello,
I need a very simple Android APP designed in Android Studio to download and upload text files from a website, and search the text file or .csv file for a row that matches a value in the first column.
There are two parts to this project:
1. Connect, download and upload text files from a Host Website using FTP. The app needs to do this upon startup and also using a manual button. Needs to store the text file on the local device where it is not visible from a file management app. Each time the file is downloaded from the Website, it needs to overwrite the existing stored file.
2. Search the text file (.CSV) and return the row where the first column is equal to 'x'. Each field from the row will be put into a public variable in the APP.
