Android app with OpenVINO format models

Job Description:
I am looking to hire a freelancer to help me create an Android app using OpenVINO format models. The OPENVINO models are basically what I got from the below repo-

The above code uses two OPENVINO models- face detection and spoof detection. Once we pass an image or a video using a webcam, it creates a bounding box around the detected face and labels it as real/fake.
I have tested the above code and it's working as expected.
Now I need a simple android app integrated with the models as mentioned in the above code link. With this app, once a user will open the front camera, models should work and detect as they are working.
