Build me a 2d Medieval/ Viking Game for Android from beginning.

Hello Freelancers,
I'm looking for someone to build me a 2d Game that involves within the Medieval time.
Its gonna be for Android.
-The game will have characters with different roles that you can begin with,
-You can fight monsters and shoot arrows. There should be plenty of items that you can find within treasures and without.
-Will be 8-10 levels and a boss at the end.
Budget is 150 and we can create milestones and pay after step is completed.
-Mostly you will be helping me with the animations and game design. And give me tips, find bugs, and trouble shoot problems.
-Its a freetime project so you'll work on your free time and post me with
