Forward incoming SMS to URL GET-POST requests

We need a simple native app android (with some style) - Ability to work in top and background like a service. U need to know all about android permission, battery, etc.. to make it work - Check an URL every x time (editable) to get json data to processs - If json data found from URL, then send SMS to specific number with specific content and wait for incoming sms response (Content and destinity number obtained fron json request) - Send incoming sms response trough http post request (ability to retry many times if post fail. If device dont have internet conn, retry post until sucess, cant lost data) - Local log for debug and history for all transactions - App need to have a button to Star o Stop the process - Both, POST and GET request need to be codified to prevent hackers. (We need to agree on this point together to make it compatible on both systems. We use asp classic on our side) After it work, we need add some extra feature like: - Send the device UUID to register the app in our database. - Other minimal config. - we will provide all media files, like logo, colors, etc. - We need source code also. - no copyright We need an experienced developer with patience, who has an open mind that doesn't screw up when we ask him for things, with the desire to work.
