I am looking to create a mobile app for poultry farms that is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
Third user role: In addition to poultry farmers and wholesalers, the platform will also have a third user role for shops selling chicken in installments and their customers.
Platform: The platform should be available as both a mobile app and a web app to ensure accessibility to a larger user base.
User roles: There will be two primary user roles - poultry farmers and wholesalers, shops, customers.
Direct trading: The platform will enable direct trading between poultry farmers and wholesalers, without any intermediary involvement.
Real-time trading: The platform should enable real-time trading, allowing users to buy and sell poultry products as and when they want.
Revenue model: The revenue model for the platform will be based on commissions charged on the transactions made by users.
Farmer services: The platform will provide three primary services to poultry farmers - Market News, Farm Management, and Marketplace. The Market News service will allow farmers to stay updated on market trends and demands. The Farm Management service will help farmers track inventory and manage their farms more efficiently. The Marketplace service will enable farmers to list and sell their products.
Wholesaler services: The platform will provide three primary services to wholesalers - Market News, Poultry Marketplace, and Farms. The Market News service will allow wholesalers to stay updated on market offers and trends. The Poultry Marketplace service will enable wholesalers to browse and purchase poultry products directly from farmers. The Farms service will provide wholesalers with geolocation-based farm contacts to facilitate direct communication and negotiation with farmers.
Transparency: The platform should be transparent in terms of pricing and transaction details, to build trust and ensure a fair trading environment.
Security: The platform should be secure, with robust authentication and data encryption mechanisms in place to protect user data and prevent fraudulent activities.
User experience: The platform should provide a user-friendly and intuitive interface that is easy to navigate and use, to ensure a positive user experience.
