App answers all inbound calls but does not ring phone until caller is proven to be a live person via entering a provided audible pin number like 1 then rings phone otherwise gives user options, option one to end all calls not entering pin or option two sends all calls not entering pin to there carrier voicemail (Verizon) or email over voicmail (Google voice) option three send caller a text message. User option to record greeting when app intercepts call, user option to create custom text message to send, and user option to set pin from 1 digit two 4 digit. For example the users inbound caller would hear the users pre recorded greeting from the app, example might be like "HI you've reached my name at a business name and we screen all our calls for solicitors if your not a solicitor please press 75 now". When proper pin is entered the app then rings users phone until answered and if busy or unanswered the app would provide options for user to choose how to process the incoming caller by sending a text, forward to voicmail either carrier or email over voice, or simply end call. User also needs option to be able to set how long app will ring phone from 1 second to 999 seconds so app can identify when there is no answer. App also needs to be able to accept more than 1 call at a time so it can identify busy after pin is entered, in other words it needs to have a cue of holding calls and a holding calls greeting option and waiting music option that user gets to self record and upload music file to and thus needs to have option for user to have caller prompts to ask caller to go to voicemail or request a call back versus waiting on hold. This will need a inbound caller prompt to enter phone to call them back on. Also user needs option to set how many callers can be held in cue before acting as busy let's set that max cue at 25.

Call back phone number request prompt greeting: Example "we are happy to call you back please enter the phone number you'd like us to call to contact you"
Send call back Request to: email or text (then enter email or phone accordingly)
Call back Request text: (user option to add what email or text should say) + inbound caller phone from number request prompt above
