I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Voice and Video Call App for Android with an Admin Panel. The app should have both voice and video call capabilities, and its target user base is general consumers.

This app should be able to run in background and be uploaded to Play Store. I summarize the app functionality:

1. Can be register using email, and first registration send OTP to user email for verification.

2. User can search other user by using names and email.

3. User can set a group and insert them in group.

4. User can have direct voice/video call to other user.

5. User can have group call.

6. This app should be Google Play Store compatible.

7. This app should support tablet.

8. This app need to be able to run in background

9. Admin panel can manage user. Remove or delete. But auto approve for new user.
